Teams of entrepreneurs worked together on ‘live case studies’ on Friday 27th February in Devon and on Friday 6th March in Somerset. Feedback was excellent especially from the volunteer case study businesses who were able to take their business planning forward with the the help of other experienced entrepreneurs in small work groups.
This was a new concept in Lean Start-Up workshop delivery as it adopted ‘peer to peer’ collaborative working techniques combined with workshop leadership by Lloyd Brina to introduce exercises, tools and guidance.
The February workshop took place at Dartington Hall near Totnes with the Somerset workshop following exactly a week later at Dillington House (Ilminster).
InnovateWest collaborators Andrew Redman, David Connell and Andy Copp assisted with the delivery and facilitation. Andrew and David run Realise Product Design in Bristol and Andy runs Business Mentors South West and other ventures.
